The starter is the dish that is going to set the tone for the rest of the meal, below is a selection of our seasonal first courses. These are just some of the ideas we have, every party we create is tailor made to fit your vision so please feel free to tell us what you want and we can work together to create the perfect party.

  • Char-grilled asparagus, poached free range egg, lemon hollandaise
  • Tuna tataki rolled in wasabi & sesame seeds with an edamame salad, spicy yuzu dressing
  • Kiln smoked salmon, dill, new potatos and quails eggs with a caper mustard dressing
  • Sashimi of tuna, salmon and sole plated with sushi rice, salmon pearls and wasabi
  • Watercress soup, poached quail’s eggs
  • Roasted tomato soup, pesto and parmesan croutons
  • Jerusalem artichoke soup, scented truffle, chives
  • Thai pumpkin soup with coconut foam
  • Salad of duck confit, pickled carrot, mooli and mangetout with pea shoots, yuzu dressing
  • Beef carpaccio bundles with rocket and parmesan Dijon mustard and balsamic drizzle

We also offer a selection of meze dishes which provide an interesting selection of flavours for you and your guests. These can be served individauly plated or more informally to the centre of the table to share.

 

Mediterranean meze

Char-grilled vegetables, vine tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, olives, parmesan twist, pesto, balsamic reduction

Moroccan meze

Baba ganoush, ful mesdames, tabbouleh salad, butternut squash and fetta falaffel, cumin and coriander stick

Greek meze

Houmous, taramosalata, char-grilled vegetables with halloumi, marinated olives, rocket and cherry vine tomatoes
