  •  Butterflied leg marinated in rosemary and garlic carved to order by the chefs
  • Beef striploin barbecued and carved to order, trimmed lean, seasoned in our dry rub and then seasoned on the grill
  • Shashlik lamb kebab with garlic yoghurt and spicy tomato relish
  • Chris’s real Jamaican jerk chicken, spicy and aromatic – as hot as you like !
  • Whole piri-piri marinated chickens, spatchcocked and grillled with our home made spice blend
  • Chicken thighs, marinated in garlic, parsley & lemon or chilli, coriander, cumin & lime, or Thai spices
  • Chicken kebabs in lime & coriander marinade or in garlic & herb with a tangy citrus, creme fraiche dressing
  • Salmon fillets in teryaki, Thai, or Creole spices
  • Sea bass fillets with ginger & spring onion wrapped in banana leaf
  • Seared tuna steaks marinated in zingy fresh lime and coriander
  • Vegetable tikka kebabs – potatoes, peppers and paneer with a spicy raita drizzle
  • Sweet red peppers stuffed with tomato bulgar and goats cheese
