Bowl food dishes bridge the gap between a canapé party and a more substantial meal and allows you the flexibility to order a variety of dishes for your guests. We would suggest a choice of three dishes.

  • Crunchy salad of chicken and mango with beansprouts, mangetout and carrot, zesty chilli dressing.
  • Char-grilled chicken, mediterranean vegetables, marinated artichokes, olives and rocket pesto
  • Smoked duck, beluga lentils, leeks, conference pear
  • Smoked salmon, lemon & garlic potatoes, sour cream, cucumber & mint
  • Plaice, sunblush tomatoes. black olives & capers, crushed new potatoes
  • Smoked haddock, poached egg, spinach, mustard and tarragon sauce
  • Pan-fried black bream, ratatouille vegetables, basil drizzle
  • Honey glazed Scottish salmon on creamy butternut squash risotto
  • Char-grilled salmon, caesar & shaved parmesan
  • Yellow fin tuna tataki with edamame salad, yuzu dressing
  • Thai green vegetable curry, kaffir lime leaf & galangal, coconut rice, lime & corriander
  • Pea & mint risotto, parmesan crisp & pea shoot salad
  • Butternut squash and feta falafel, shredded cabbage salad, houmous and chilli sauce
  • Blackbean chilli, herb pancakes, guacamole & lime salsa
  • Caponata di Melanzane” (aubergine, capers, olives), buffalo mozzarella, basil drizzle
